TENDER INVITATION NOTICE 06/06/2022

Bids are invited from Interested and Eligible contractors for the execution of the following projects. Tenderers may obtain a complete set of tender documents from our website, www.dagorettinorthngcdf.go.ke or www.ppra.go.ke website..[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text][table id=1 /][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Interested tenderers who meet the following mandatory requirements supported by copies of requisite documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation:

  1. Provide certificate of incorporation/Registration
  2. Provide valid National Construction Authority Certificate Under categories NCA 8 and above where applicable.
  3. Provide PIN/VAT registration certificate.
  4. Provide valid tax compliance certificate
  5. Dully filled form of tender.
  6. Dully filled confidential business questionnaire.
  7. CR 12 Certificate
  8. Adequate equipment for the specific type of work
  9. Bid bond of 2% from a recognized bank or Insurance company where applicable.
  10. Certificate of PWDs where applicable

Completed set of tender document in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the respective Tender Number, description and bearing the name and address of:

               The Fund Account Manager

               Dagoretti North National Government Constituency Development Fund.

               P.O. BOX 36845 -00200 Nairobi.

Should be deposited in the Tender Box at the entrance of the office on or before Tuesday  14th  June   2022  at 10.00 AM.. Tenders to be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers and their representatives who choose to attend.
